Job Summary: The Human Resource Coordinator provides assistance with and facilitates human resource processes at the Luling plant. This role provides administrative support as needed including:  talent recruitment and onboarding, compensation, employee relations, record keeping, file maintenance, data management and reporting. Principal Duties and Responsibilities:Respond to internal and external human resource related inquiries or requests and provide assistance.Maintain Human Resource Information System records in SAP, conducts audits for accuracy, and execute various reports and data analysis to assist Leadership.Assist with the recruitment and interview processes, new employee hiring and onboarding, verifies I-9 documentation and maintains the I-9 process.Responsible for set-up, maintenance, and auditing of confidential personnel files.Maintain site job descriptions, human resource policies, required employment law postings and notices in order to conform to EEO regulations.Assist Leaders in off boarding proceduresSchedules meetings, human resource events etc. and maintain the team???s agendaOrders department supplies and performs various other administrative duties (expense reporting, employee recognition program, miscellaneous reports, CES transactions, etc.) and projects as assigned to support the department in implementing and/or maintaining human resources programs.Qualifications:Required Education and Qualifications: Education:High School diploma or equivalent  Experience:Five years related administrative support experienceProficient use of MS Office, databases and HRIS systems (SAP)Required Competencies:Excellent written communication and interpersonal skillsStrong ethical manner with all business transactionsAbility to handle data with confidentialityWell organized with a skill in time managementStrong self initiative and ability to work independently Ideal Candidate Will Also Possess:HR or other relevant degree  Previous human resources experience and/or training in human resources practices
