This position requires work with confidential and sensitive information requiring discretion, independent judgment and prioritization skills. As a Human Resource Coordinator on this team, you will use your experience and skills to be an initial HR contact for the business facing HR team to coordinate HR tasks, processes, reports, and documentation with minimal supervision. You will work in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment where organization, resourcefulness and flexibility are of the utmost importance. The ability to think proactively and adapt to changing priorities is critical. High level of confidentiality is expected. Main responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Executes HR tasks and supports managers in employee data management activities in the HRIS system.Partners with HR Operations (service center) to ensure accurate HR data.Support HR operational optimization projects and serves as the representative of the embedded HR organization on those projects.Serve as a key contact for HR processes, which may include on-boarding, I-9, payroll or time entry coordination.Plans and coordinates HR initiatives and projects for the business facing HR teams, some examples may include consolidation of annual year-end compensation and performance reports, organizational change tracking, or work space planning and implementation.Interprets, organizes and analyzes data in the preparation of reports, spreadsheets or presentations.Prepares and delivers key messages to employees and managers related to HR processes. Initiates contacts with managers and employees to furnish or obtain information necessary to complete responsibilities.Answers questions to employees and managers to explain HR processes with access to highly complex/confidential information.Helps to organize, provide input, take minutes, and distribute information for departmental meetings.Establishes and maintains files, reports, and other hard copy or computerized information related to departmental operations. Information may be highly confidential.Coordinates and schedules travel and meeting arrangements.Responds to employee inquiries about department or company programs, practices and procedures.QualificationsThe following are required:Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications or equivalent and 1-3 years of related experience, OR Associates Degree and at least 4-6 years of experience.Good interpersonal skills and the ability to coordinate across the organization.Advanced Excel and reporting skills.Excellent computer skills including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.Ability to work effectively as part of a team and take direction from multiple constituents.Proven ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality The following are strongly preferred:Knowledge of the Corteva Agriscience, Agriculture Division of DowDuPont organization, including its vision, structure and business operations.SAP & Workday experience.Demonstrated problem-solving and analytical skills.Demonstrated project management skills.Attention to detail and organizational skills.Apply for this job.
