In this fast paced and evolving environment, responsibilities include providing reports/analysis on ADM global headcount, Human Capital metrics and other frequent ad-hoc reporting. This position also includes the administration of the Global Employee Database (GED). This individual will report to the Manager, HR Data and Analytics. Job Responsibilities
Supports HR leadership team to identify business challenges and use data analysis to help influence changes to the operations, process or programsProvides management support to the HR function in the areas of people metrics, reporting, and advanced and predictive analyticsCreates, maintains, and ensures quality assurance of key human resources data sets, reports, and metricsCommunicates findings to senior management via formal presentations, standard management reporting artifacts on periodic/quarterly/annual basis Utilizes technology and analytical tools to develop and analyze enterprise-wide people and other cross-functional data as needed Identify statistical analysis techniques required to deliver insightsServes as the domain expert for human capital analytics Collaborates with HR leaders to promote data governance and stewardship, and to improve overall strategic and operational performance and insightReport quarterly analytics for the quarterly Board of Director?s meetingAs the corporate GED administrator, monitor data for accuracy, resolve data issues and act as liaison with international GED administratorsJob Requirements
3-5 years? experience with a bachelor?s degree in Human Resources, Accounting, Economics, Finance or related field is required.Minimum Qualifications:MS Office Excel for data analysis and Macros (.Net, VBA)AccessPreferred Qualifications:MS SQL (stored procedures, SSIS)
