In partnership with theGlobal Workforce Planning Manager, he/she develops and executes a workforceanalytics strategy and executes the Catalyst HR global human capital planningand reporting process. The GWPA analyzes currentprocesses and implements strategies, formulating metrics and analytics acrossCatalyst HR. Support for the tracking of HR effectiveness metrics, themanagement reporting of Human Capital data, Human Capital planning &forecasting, and management reporting of key human capital data and talent riskanalysis will produce data of paramount importance for key stakeholders in theorganization.Formula for Success?Leveraging your strong analytical and diagnostic skills andexperience with HR tools/ systems, you will deliver on data collection &validation which supports the reporting of insightful HR metrics andbroad-based Human Capital views for the global business by unit and region forthe Catalyst Operating Division; your analysis and recommendations ofdemographic trends will be leading indicators and produce KPI?s relative to theworkforce such as turnover, diversity, etc.Your development of deep data analysis will surface Human Capitalbusiness challenges and trends for the Catalyst HR Leadership team and supportthe Global Catalyst HR leadership team on key global HR processes that requireconsistency and coordination on behalf of the division?s needs; yourmaintenance of updated divisional HR metrics with trend identification andrecommendation plans/goals will be delivered on a quarterly basis.Your analytical and administrative support for annual processeswill track, review and analyze Catalysts key talent measures; your support ofthe Catalyst divisions global headcount reporting processes will align with theBASF Group financial reporting requirements.Collaborating with the Strategic HR Business Advisors with datagathering and reporting relative to workforce planning and ad-hoc analysis willtranslate financial and human capital data and help drive results of thebusinesses they support.Advising on the development of digital and advanced Excelsolutions will improve / reduce redundant processes.Your proficient PowerPoint skills, solicitation of others input,and organization skills will be a value contribution to your development ofagendas and presentations for leadership meetings.Your assistance publishing HR updates to the Catalyst GlobalBusiness Partner team through a monthly or bi-monthly communication willfurther highlight key activities, project status updates and timelines fordeliverables.Create Your Own Chemistry: What We Offer You?
