HR Solutions – Data Analyst
?AgCareers.com is currently seeking a qualified candidate for the position of?Data Analyst, within our HR Solutions team. In this position you will work with organizations across North America to provide an exclusive compensation and benefits service to the ag industry.?SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIESThe individual will provide direct support to AgCareers.com?s leading agribusiness salary survey, the Compensation Benchmark Review. The role will carry out project objectives by collecting, analyzing, auditing and aggregating data in the online survey database. The individual will also help conduct and report additional surveys such as the Agribusiness HR Review and the New Grad & Intern Hire Report. The role will also entail assisting with customer service, lead generation, sales, setting up new client accounts, reporting, marketing, and promotion of HR Services.?RESPONSIBILITIESAssists in the administration of AgCareers.com?s HR services survey portfolio; primarily the CBR (Compensation Benchmark Review), the Agribusiness HR Review and other HR-related surveys in both the U.S. and CanadaReviews, audits, job-maps, and formats collected data.Conducts analysis and provides report compilation of survey results.Manages database, assures proper functioning and makes updates as required.Communicates with existing and potential clients about survey processes, logic, deadlines and reporting.Assists in resolving client problems, identifies client needs and provides customer service as required.Leveragse HR Services team in sales efforts to reach annual sales goal.Coordinates with marketing team for promotional activities of products/services.Provides support for research projects and data analysis as neededResponsible for special projects as assignedMay provide product support at industry events, career fairs, and AgCareers.com programs?MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONSTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty and responsibility.
