HR Solutions Process Analyst – Enterprise Solutions (Boise, ID)

We currently have a position available at Simplot's global headquarters in Boise, ID.SUMMARYThe HR Solutions Process Analyst will be responsible for HR Solutions process design across all new or existing programs and practices globally. This role will engage HR COEs and Partners, HR Solutions, vendors and customers to effectively define, development or enhance and implement new or existing processes in the HR Solutions service catalogue. The role will also focus on delivering customer value through driving process standardization, organizational efficiencies, training and measurement, as well as, defining and implementing a HR Solutions common practice for intake and agreement for service delivery to our customers. The scope of HR processes include: talent acquisition, onboarding / off boarding, policy and program administration, compensation and benefits administration, leave and disability administration, learning and talent administration, payroll, and other regulatory and compliance program administration.RESPONSIBILITIESNew or existing process development/enhancements; intake criteria into HR Solutions; engage stakeholders and customers in process definition; assessment of current state, define future state, lead or complete work documentation and process flow. Gain agreement on resourcing, timing and measurement of process change in ownership. Deliver to schedule and implement process change. Set clear expectations and timing with stakeholders, customers and across HR Solutions team. 40%Understanding the comprehensive view of systems and processes. The interdependencies and related activities that will or could potentially impact existing processes. Building solutions that will mitigate risk and maximize efficiencies. 20%Clear communications with customers and team members. Defining deliverables, making and meeting commitments and proactively delivering status and help needed updates to stakeholders. 10%Building structure/process to define, measure, analyze, improve and control the processes that are developed, implemented and sustained. 20%Design process training and develop the HRS organization to deliver training to key stakeholders. Develop key tools and methods to enable process understanding and usage across the organization. 10%REQUIREMENTSBachelor's Degree from 4 year college or universityFive to eight years releated experience and/or training. SAP; Successfactors. Other HRIS systems; Team Share environment. Process mapping technology. Project Management Professional (PMP) preferred. Formal training on process design preferred. Adheres to all standards, policies and systems as appropriate.
