As a member of the CTST team, you will have a unique role within the HR model to ensure the talent strategies (Performance management, Talent Reviews, Enterprise wide Initiatives, Leadership Development, New Leader Assimilations, Leadership Pipelines and D&I initiatives) developed by the Strategic HR Business Advisors and programs developed by the HR COEs are delivered in an impactful, consistent and meaningful way throughout the North America region. By partnering with the COEs, the HR Talent Solutions Partner will be expected to provide insight into the impact of the programs among stakeholders, the collective understanding of the purpose and simplicity of objectives and the sustainability of the talent programs within the organization. To achieve these goals, the HR Talent Solutions Partner will be responsible for the individual talent portfolios for the businesses, functions and/or sites within their scope. CTST is responsible for the facilitation of calibration sessions, guidance of conversations to align performance initiatives and development to talent actions supporting business results. In addition, CTST is responsible to ensure the unique organization needs are met within the regional processes.Formula for SuccessYour strong understanding of HR processes, guidelines, policies and practices and learning agility will help you quickly adapt to understanding and driving the business units/functions and its 2018 talent strategy, initiatives and key themes from inception through delivery.Accustomed to working effectively with key stakeholders, you will effectively influence the BU on areas of opportunities relative to its annual talent strategy. Your high comfort level with ambiguity and ?white space? will ensure your strong contributions to our HR COE foundational programs, BU specific regional and global initiatives and HR talent programs.Capitalizing on your experience and success managing multiple projects simultaneously, you will work independently to balance and successfully execute on project objectives and tasks. You will also collaborate when necessary across the organization with CoE subject matter experts and external consultants. Your consultative traits will impactfully enhance your stakeholder?s knowledge, skillset, and process awareness to secure the expected benefits are achieved and sustained after the core talent programs are completed. Your facilitation and training expertise will help you communicate when necessary, methodologies to measure the impacts, benefits and areas of opportunities for projects post execution and in other relative areas. Leveraging your business curiosity and results driven nature, you will continuously identify opportunities to enhance the CTST portfolio, ensuring it remains relevant and aligned with the needs of our regional stakeholders at times working in collaboration with your team members and colleagues across the HR function (e.g., COEs).
