Then come join our team!?We are seeking a motivated individual who can oversee payroll processing and administer company benefits information and maintaining employee information in the human resource management system. At Landus Cooperative, you?ll find a fun team atmosphere and a stable career that offers excellent benefits for full-time employees!Essential Duties & Responsibilities: Includes but not limited to the following:?Perform a wide variety of record keeping and payroll processing activities necessary to process and reconcile payroll.?Maintains employee benefit enrollment data as changes occur and during annual open enrollment. Communicates with employees and verifies accuracy of enrollments and deductions. Communicates with third party benefit administrator as needed.Responsible for creating and maintaining employee personnel files. Ensures that all necessary HR documentation is obtained, completed and filed in a compliant and timely manner.?Will respond to employment verifications, unemployment questionnaires, and related inquires and also participate in unemployment hearings as needed.?Assist with preparation of HR, payroll, tax, audit, unemployment and related reports as needed.Required Qualifications:?Must have a valid state motor vehicle license.Preferred Qualifications:??Minimum 2-years related experience in Human Resources/PayrollAssociates degree or completion of program of study in business, office management or similar strongly preferredExperience with payroll and timekeeping software, preferably ADP?Our Values:?Teamwork: Works hard to emphasize team success ahead of individual success.Safety: Protects the well-being of our employees, customers, and consumers.Consistent Quality: Accepts responsibility to provide quality work in a timely manner.Empowered: Enjoys working hard and has initiative to do what?s right.Integrity: Displays honesty by doing what they say they will do.Equal Opportunity Employer/Minorities/Women/Veterans/Disabled
