Amazon – Seattle, WA – Amazon’s Customer Service (CS) department is looking to add another experienced problem solver to its team. We are seeking an Information Architect who will focus on creating and delivering improved, more intuitive and simplified customer experiences in line with our future vision and product roadmap. The role will advocate for both the customer and the end-user (author) by designing new content management lifecycles and content models, while working with Content Strategy on establishing authoring and publishing standards and governance for online documentation and customer facing content. The successful candidate will collaborate with UX, Product, Content and Program Managers globally to contribute to defining the customer experience so that Customer Service can help customers throughout the Amazon experience in Amazon websites, Amazon mobile apps, and Amazon devices.
