Come grow with us!General Purpose and Scope of Position:The role of the Innovation Manager is to provide the company with consistent innovation by effectively generating new feed nutrients/ingredients, services and value-added benefits for the customers & suppliers of Wilbur-Ellis Feed.?Key Skills and Abilities Include:Ability to produce profitable sales in target areas for growth by introducing new feed nutrients/ingredients & services into the marketBuild relationships with customers and suppliersPromote company name/reputation in marketplaceCollect, evaluate & disseminate market information and gain a comprehensive knowledge about the ingredients marketedManage risk by operating within established guidelines and company policiesWork effectively within a team environment & in particularly with sales staff but able to demonstrate the ability to work independentlyAbility to develop and communicate a strategy for their area of responsibilityAbility to effectively manage multiple and/or changing priorities with minimal supervisionKey Personal Attributes Include:Minimum of 3-5 years? work experience in Feed/Pet food?
