Inside-Outside Sales RepresentativeSalary $45,000-$65,000 based on experience and qualifications. Potential for performance bonuses.?Please?include salary requirements on resume.?We are looking for a talented and competitive Sales Representative to work in a proactive selling environment. The successful candidate will play a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious sales growth objectives. ?The candidate must be comfortable making dozens of calls per day, working existing sales leads, generating interest, qualifying prospects and closing sales. Seasonal travel required. ?Job ResponsibilitiesSource new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up, outbound cold calls, emails, and targeted marketing activityExpand the sales volume and profits within the territory by actively calling on new and existing customersTeam with channel partners to build pipeline and close dealsResearch potential new accounts, identify key decision makers and generate interestPerform effective online product demos to prospects leveraging our website and/or PowerPoint presentationsPlan and conduct outside sales visits on a regular and active basisIdentify and pursue additional sales opportunities in current and new product linesClose sales and achieve monthly/quarterly quotasPrepare and present quotations, proposals, and product/industry presentations to customers at all levels within the target companyReport on weekly sales activities, operations and forecasting informationUtilize the company system to build a database for marketing materialsParticipate and network in various industry associations and functionsAttend training and trade shows as requiredPlan sales activities/trips to maximize sales coverage and maintain travel expenses within budgetsRoute qualified distributor opportunities to the appropriate sales executive for further development and closureJob Requirements2+ years of sales experienceTrack record of over-achieving quotaStrong phone presence and experience dialing dozens of calls per dayProficient with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and WordExcellent verbal and written communications skillsStrong listening and presentation skillsAbility to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectivelyValid Drivers LicenseExperience in Ag and Turf Industries a plus!Apply for this job.
