Inside Sales Account Manager? Erlanger, KY (Cincinnati Metro Area)ADM NutritionThis is an exempt level position.
Position Summary:
Exciting opportunity to grow and invest in your career through a unique development program focused on progressing future leaders with training, development and exposureOpportunity to join the ADM Nutrition commercial sales team to support ADM's integrated portfolio of flavor, color, nutritional and functional ingredients Will be the internal, customer champion who will help manage customer price risk, credit, supply chain and technical both within ADM and with the customer Manage current accounts while developing new prospects to increase sales and profits of the division
Job Responsibilities: (Specific responsibilities include, but not limited to) Manage & build portfolio of Inside Sales accountsLearn and become proficient with representing
the WFSI portfolioGrow & Maintain Opportunity PipelineMeet and exceed territory sales budgetsSupport new customer interaction through phone or web requestsWork closely with Commercial Management, Technical Services, Credit and Customer Service to meet customer needs and business goals Responsible for business development?translate customer needs, identify and close technical gaps to create value Engage in routine training opportunities Participate in apprentice programIdentify growth opportunities, industry trends and represent the WFSI product lines at the customer levelUse Salesforce.com to manage accounts and as information sharing with internal teamLearn and follow identified best practices Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies Job Requirements:
More than 5 years successful history with flavor and/or specialty ingredient experience is preferredAn undergraduate degree is required, preferably in a Technical and/or Business disciplineExcellent project management, organization, presentation and written communication skillsSelf-motivated individual, driven to develop profitable business opportunities with minimal supervision Must work autonomously and with a teamProficient with Word, Excel, PowerPoint and general online computer connectivityLeader who takes ownership and is accountable for delivering resultsDesire to understand the technical performance and application of WFSI ingredientsInternal drive and passion to create relationships and win sustainable business Relocation assistance is available with this position.
