Inside Sales Associate Specialist
YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The primary responsibilities of this role, Inside Sales Associate Specialist, are to:
The overall objective is to sell/market the entire Bayer Animal Health CAP portfolio in the assigned accounts;
Establish relationships and utilize them to further generate sales;
Determine client needs and anticipate future clients needs & make Bayer product recommendations based on information obtained;
Maintain territory sales at or above the established sales goal;
Develop and utilize successful telephone selling skills to identify and satisfy customer needs;
Conduct educational seminars over the phone and internet; teach DVMs and veterinary clinic staff proper products usage and product capabilities;
Utilize Bayer software to create call cycles and territory plans;
Operate within established expense budgets;
Maintain accurate up-to-date client profiles in Salesforce.com or similar CRM software;
Attain a working knowledge of Bayers Compliance Guidelines and Code of Conduct; remain compliant during all business interactions.

A college degree and 2 years experience in successful outside or inside sales (or combination thereof) or a minimum of 6-8 years in successful inside or outside sales experience;
Excellent written and verbal communication skills must be demonstrated. Computer competency is a position requirement including processing and spreadsheet;
