The Inside Sales Coordinator manages customer transactions from receipt through fulfillment and resolves customer complaints related to timeliness, pricing and product quality.
In addition, this role supports the Sales Managers in executing sales activities within SCI and works closely with Quality Assurance, Accounting, Sales, Inventory, and Logistics to execute SCI?s business goals and strategies. Responsibilities: Determine product availability to suit customer requirements by validating inventory, packaging configurations and product attributes.Finalize selling prices to customers within established margin expectations and limits.Resolve customer complaints related to order accuracy and timeliness.Work with warehouse personnel to resolve daily issues and fix recurring problems.Support Sales Managers in their day-to-day interactions with customers as needed.Enter contracts and modify contracts as needed.Assist the Sales Managers in communicating any pricing changes, product changes, packing improvements and market updatesInteract with key customer accounts, maintaining regular communications to enhance relationships and provide exceptional customer service Requirements: Bachelor?s Degree or minimum of two years? relevant experience. Key Strengths: Willing to take ownership and be accountable.Well organized with attention to detail.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.Capable of working alone and with others.Successful at juggling multiple priorities and able to adapt to changing priorities.
