Inside Sales Representative Job Description ??Technekes LLC is a data-driven marketing and sales support company that creates demand for our clients? businesses. ?We execute lead generation activities to qualify our client?s best customers and prospects and implement customer relationship programs to maximize profits for our clients.? We focus on strategy development, program implementation, customer contact services, rebate programs, business intelligence, and database management.We generate significant bottom-line impact for our clients through greater sales, marketing efficiencies and increased ROI.Technekes serves its client through the Inside Sales Representative(ISR), offering the full-time management of the client?s central sales order desk. The ISR will be integral to ensuring a positive and seamless experience for this client and its customers.? Furthermore, the ISR will serve as the ?eyes and ears? of the client with its customers, collecting and seeking out opportunities to enhance and evolve the support provided to its customers.Roles and Responsibilities:The ISR will play a fundamental role in achieving the customer acquisition and revenue growth objective.? The key responsibilities will be to provide sales support, lead generation and administrative clerical support in order processing. The ISR is a team member in the interactions and interface between customer, field sales team and operations support to ensure excellent service and overall customer satisfaction.?The ISR?s responsibility is to work with channel partners, generate interest and qualify prospects and close sales, while extending stellar service to the client?s customers to ensure a positive experience.? Other responsibilities include:??Thoroughly understand the client?s business and product, and their potential market share??Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls, and ? ? ? ? ? emails??Routing qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and ? ? ? ? closure??Research accounts, identify key players and generate business??Understand customer needs and requirements??Execute electronic order entry and processing utilizing (ERP) software??Receive inbound calls and emails from distributors, retailers and growers??Respond to all emails and voicemail's?within 24 hours??Update and maintain customer contact information??Resolve customer issues within 24 hours.? If further research is required, provide customer with an ? estimated ? ? ? ? time frame?for follow up or communication.??Process returns when necessary adhering to the returns policy??Identify opportunities for efficiency gains and additional support during low call volume periods??Document all inbound and outbound communication for metric reporting to the client??Merchandise weekly and monthly metrics with client stakeholders??Provide support to other team members necessary to attain company goals??Attend product training sessions and meetings when necessaryTechnekes is seeking individuals with:??College degree, preferably in agriculture, or with experience growing up on a farm? Proven inside sales experience (2- 3 years)??Strong attention to detail and sense of urgency when following up with customers??High professionalism and willingness to serve the customers? needs??Proficiency in multiple web-based systems??Excellent written and verbal communication skills??Capacity to work under tight timelines and in team-oriented environments?Technekes LLC is an equal opportunity employerApply for this job.
