In this role you would report to the Reliability Superintendent.?Key Tasks:- Condition Monitoring of plant equipment.- Assist with Troubleshooting and Failure analysis.- Complete equipment condition Checklists and Reports, recommending any corrective actions or further checks.- Maintains Inspection Report Register.- Recommends equipment repairs.?Skills:- Analytical and problem solving skills.- Computer Literate especially with Microsoft Office Suite. – Good verbal and written communication skills.- Demonstrated competence with machinery components ? Mechanical Seals, Bearings, Rotors, etc- Demonstrated competence in the repair of Boilers, piping, vessels and exchangers.Qualifications:- Mechanical Engineering Technicians Certificate from a recognised institution.- 5 years exprience in the Petrochemical industry.- Certification in NDE Techniques- Ultrasonic Testing, Liquid Penetrant Testing, Welding Inspection, Infrared Thermography, Vessel Inspection, Piping Inspection.Nutrien is committed to creating an inclusive workplace.?
