Integrated Process Improvement Program Analyst
Overview:This position requires the ability to work in a fast paced environment and perform a wide variety of administrative and reporting functions, along with the ability to interact and work as a team member on a professional level with all levels of the company. The Analyst is responsible for the collection, display, and management and reporting of data that tracks productivity improvement for Bunge North America (BNA), expected to become knowledgeable of various Oilseed Value Chain (OVC) businesses. Under the direct supervision of the Director, Integrated Process Improvement (IPI), this position additionally gives administrative support to other key staff members in OVC.Bunge is an Equal Opportunity Employer. Minorities/Women/Veterans/DisabledEssential Functions:• Maintain and coordinate confidential information, such as plant financial data, KPI data and operational performance information• Maintain various Lotus Notes databases, organize and coordinate meeting plans on and off-site• Compile, analyze and timely deliver data for weekly and monthly BNA IPI reports including, but not limited to:- Weekly and Monthly for Process Optimization, Asset Optimization, Facility Assessment program, Supply chain etc.- Monthly regional update report- Other productivity reports as programs are implemented in BNA• Analyze plant reporting metrics, dashboards and KPI's and create KPI reports • Maintain files in accordance with company policies and other duties as assignedSkill/Experience Requirements:• High school diploma required, two years of college preferred• Minimum of five years administrative/analyst experience • Creative, responsive and adaptive in a dynamic environment• Must have the aptitude and desire to learn new competencies and skills• Ability to frequently communicate orally, write, read, comprehend, reason, and perform basic mathematic calculations and analyze• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Lotus Notes, SAP experience is a plus• Must have ability to work with upper-level management and work well under pressure• Demonstrated ability to exercise a high degree of accuracy with multiple details• Ability to maintain objectivity and discretion with confidential information• Must be able to multi-task, work in a fast pace environment and meet deadlines• Strong analytical and problem solving skills with the ability to work with minimal supervision, take initiative and make sound decisionsApply for this job.
