Its products and services are designed to benefit people and improve their quality of life. At Bayer you have the opportunity to be part of a culture where we value the passion of our employees to innovate and give them the power to change.
Intern
The Bayer CropScience High School internship is a career preparation program in which students are hosted by Bayer for a two-month period in the summer, between the candidates Junior and Senior year of high school. Those chosen for the internship will gain access to the daily workings at Bayer and will have the chance to determine if the industry and the profession are potentially a good fit as a career option to pursue through a targeted college curriculum. The Bayer internship will engage the students in their own learning and provide multiple opportunities for reflection on the experience, both verbally and in writing.
