Intern Job Description Reports to: Safety and Development Specialist Prepared: January 2017 Position Summary:The Intern position is a temporary role, learning about Arborwell’s culture and getting an overview in sales, operations, and administration. This is designed to be approximately 12 weeks in length. This is also a paid internship at $14/hr. Qualifications: Current college student in good standing, enrolled in an Environmental Science, or related field of studyPreferably a Sophomore, Junior, or Senior level in CollegeExperience working both in a group and autonomouslyClean Driving record Responsibilities: Responsible for working with all deprtments in the companyHelping with both production and sales in real life scenariosUtilizing their learning at school and apply those principals at ArborwellWorking with management and becoming a productive team member for the duration of the internship Skills and AbilitiesAttention to detail is critical to maintain high quality of careExperience in the Tree Care Industry is very helpfulSolid communication skills Ability to work independently and within a team environment Knowledge of GIS and tree inventory software very helpfulApply for this job.
