Intern – Human Resources
SUMMARY: The position holder will work in a variety of Human Resources functions. The position will assist in developing job descriptions and record management. This Internship will get exposure to HR policies, operations and other supportareas. Responsibilities include: directly managing the outcome of specific projects as assigned by the supervisor; acting daily as a contributing member of the assigned team, to the division, and to Tyson Foods, Inc. Also offers an enhancement of computer skills and provides interaction with team members.REQUIREMENTS:Education: Actively enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate degree program at an accredited university and must be a Junior or Senior student.Experience: Previous work experience in any field, Human Resource Management preferred.Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Computer Skills: Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly in PowerPoint, and an aptitudefor learning new computer programs and software.Special Skills: Motivated self-starter who has the desire to learn from others; ability to work independently or as part of a team; strong problem solving skills; time management and multitasking abilities; and strong interpersonal skills.Travel: None.To view a full job description and submit your resume for consideration, click APPLY TO THIS POSITION below and follow the prompts.Apply for this job.
