International & New Business Analyst – The Climate Corporation – #01GLR
Position Overview:The Climate Corporation is seeking a high-performing International & New Business Analyst to support our domestic and global business expansion. The successful candidate will be part of Climate's Global Business Operations team and will oversee coordination and operational project management of our expansion blueprint and operational readiness evaluation.As a business partner, this role is responsible for developing the international operations network and act as a support to in-country sales and operations and other international stakeholders on their market and business development efforts.If you are someone that is passionate about innovation and excited about being a key contributor to building a sustainable business, The Climate Corporation would love to talk to you! What You Will Do:Develop deep understanding of go-to-market approach for regions outside the US. Develops and presents business analysis showcasing TCC international plans, business model, and operational framework for successful launch and adoption. Coordinate with other ex-US teams for key operational matters; develops international network to collect and share timely business operations updates and periodical highlights. Acts as a support of in-country sales and operations and other international stakeholders on their market and business development efforts. Provides visibility into key ex-US business operations metrics, by ensuring indicators are aligned with ex-US MON and TCC business while observing timely development of metrics and reports. Proactive leadership from operational standpoint in development of international expansion blueprint and readiness evaluation; collaborate with International stakeholders to partner in development of launch plans and act as project manager to ensure all operational pre/post launch milestones are achieved. Coordination with key US/ex-US internal stakeholders including OTC, Enterprise Systems, Web Experience, Finance, Legal, and others. Active participant in development, testing, and deployment of international OTC / Customer Experience Processes. Provides support to US business development efforts, through analysis and enablement efforts. Conducts other ad-hoc operational analysis, reports, and presentations targeted to different levels of leadership and cross-functional audiences.Qualifications:Basic Qualifications:Proven operational experience in a fast paced growing environment. Proven experience in internationalization of business operations, with particular emphasis in customer service, order-to-cash, and performance monitoring.Potential travel requirement up to 10% of time. Ability to sporadically connect with ex-US stakeholders in flexible hours.Action-oriented mindset to ensure international expansion deadlines are met. Hands-on approach to timely resolve roadblocks.Proven ability to learn and master business and operations concepts, being able to analyze and provide findings and recommendations to various levels of leadership.Solid project management skills and experience, with ability to influence decision making through the use of facts and data.Ability to design, document, and evaluate processes – from high level roadmaps to detailed tactical flowcharts.Experience with CRM and Entreprise Systems such as Salesforce, SAP.Very Strong Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Powerpoint).Bachelor Degree Preferred Qualifications:Prior operational experience in ag-industry and SaaS subscription company preferredPrior experience in digital-ag business and knowledge of Climate processes highly preferredWhat We Offer: Our teams are composed of industry experts, top scientists, and talented engineers.
