International Sales Manager #2553
The International Sales Manager is responsible for delivering international sales plans. This position reports directly to the COO. This position handles day-to-day communications with customers and regional teams to ensure smooth operations, from the corporate offices. There will be coordination with Supply Chain, Customer Service, and Regulatory on a continuous basis to fulfill customer demands. In-depth knowledge and understanding of international logistics, IMCO, and SAP is required.Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.Develop and drive export sales by supporting regional teams.Manage existing accounts to encourage repeat sales.Develop monthly forecast in coordination with regional teams. Provide supply chain with forecasted data for implementation in SAP.Prepare annual sales budget in coordination with the regional managers and upload in SAP.Supervise and ensure timely delivery of shipping documents to customers. Responsibility to back up customer service associates in order to provide seamless customer service to all customers.Prepare monthly report and MIS for meetings.Customer complaints handling & resolution in coordination with customer service.Manage ISF, BOLs, Purchase orders, etc, as part of the Supply Chain team, in support of the International Customer Service Specialist (Max)International travel to meet customers on an as needed basis. Participate in trade shows.Assist with Credit Issuance process, working with Finance on continual basis to ensure seamless process.?Education and/or Experience?A 4-year degree from an accredited university is required, with a minimum 3 years of experience as a sales manager in the agricultural chemical industry. Experience in Export, Customs Brokerage, International Shipping, or similar setting is an asset. Spanish as a second language will be preferred.
