QUALIFICATIONS:????? ?????? ???????????
High School Diploma or equivalent
1-3 years previous experience in logistics, administration, preferred
Excellent telephone skills
Excellent oral and written communications skills
Experience with Microsoft Office applications required
Assist with general logistical functions for JBS USA Imports division including receiving for imported containers, USDA inspection and warehousing
Book inland carrier and freight, including determination for carrier based on rate, availability and performance
Support senior logistics staff with credit approval on shipments and release to customer or carrier and customer service
Vessel / container tracking to ensure accurate porting information
General administrative functions including but not exclusive to data entry, filing, telephone support.
Back up for logistics and accounting/administration where required and have a working knowledge of both departments
