SUMMARY:??A position that supports users providing customer support for the entire enterprise of over 1,800 PC's.?ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES?include the following. Other duties may be assigned.Assist with Corporate Wireless plans && devices, managing user accounts, ordering and all associated tasks.?Basic business knowledge understanding Accounts Payable, purchasing, and receiving.?Ability to manage and coordinate situations that deal with down users and/or computer equipment.?Works directly with hardware and software teams to ensure standards and procedures are followed.?Has MS Office skills in supporting user's questions.?Helps resolve hardware and software problems by answering computer user questions.??Discusses problem with user over telephone or in person.?Reviews procedures and actions taken by user; and instructs user to perform diagnostic procedures.??Identifies, investigates, and researches user questions and problems as well as recognizes and resolves information systems problems by providing provides corrective instructions to user, using manuals or consultation with coworkers and vendors.?Assists users in resolving system-related problems or coordinates referral to technical or service personnel.?Produces reports, timelines, and graphics using advanced functions of a PC.??Creates reports from existing databases to monitor and track performance of the entire IT organization.?Is responsible for understanding and complying with company EMS policies and procedures in the performance of job duties.??Performs other duties as defined by manager.Job Requirements:High school diploma or equivalent.??Two-year degree required or equivalent experience in this areaMust have excellent oral / telephone skills / etiquette, and written communication skillsMust be computer literate with experience in Excel, Word, Access, AS400 and AS400 QueryMust be able to work in a team environmentMust be detail-oriented and have excellent organizational and prioritization skillsMust be able to manage multiple tasks, determine priority and scheduling of taskAbility to diagnose minor PC hardware and software problemsExceptional troubleshooting abilitiesSpecial Job Requirements:Must be willing to work evenings and possibly weekends when neededMust be able to function in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment.Equal Opportunity Employer of Minorities, Females, Protected Veterans and Individuals with Disabilities
