IT Distributed Services Analyst
CHS has an exciting opportunity with our Information Technology group. We are searching for a Distributed Services Analyst. The Distributed team is responsible for the advanced Tier III support of all Workstation services, processes and projects. You must have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, be detail oriented, strong analytical skills, able to work in a team environment and independently.You will:Provide tier III technical support for Microsoft and third party applications, networking issues and remote access.Work with software and hardware vendors to resolve complex enterprise issues.Develop detailed systems upgrade, decommissioning and migration plans.Partner with other IT technical staff on corporate-wide projects.Work with SCCM to develop application installations, and fixes at an enterprise levelInstall, repair, maintain and troubleshoot new and existing hardware including workstations, monitors and printersProcess warranty claims for Lenovo computer systems.Follow standard operating policies, procedures and processes.Prepare technical assistance documents to assist the Service Center.Prepare progress reports for all work performed.Basic Qualifications: (required)Associate?s degree (additional years of IT experience may offset degree requirement)5 plus years of technical support experience in a distributed computing environment with the ability to troubleshoot applications, networks and remote access issuesExperience troubleshooting Microsoft Office applicationsDeployment of Microsoft products (Windows 7, Office 2010, etc…) to an Enterprise (preferably Microsoft deployment toolkit)Preferred Qualifications: (desired)Comptia A+ CertificationExperience with software & patch deployment/distributionResource and Hardware planning experienceSuperior troubleshooting skillsCustomer Service orientationApply for this job.
