Experience is not required in this challenging and fast paced role, however we are seeking highly motivated and driven individuals with a strong desire to learn and apply technical skills in a constantly changing environment. As part of the IT Support team assisting Bunge staff that are having difficulties with their computer, this role includes hands-on training for maintaining our base of several thousand laptops, desktops, and mobile devices. You will have the opportunity to work with a wide breadth of leading edge PC based technologies..Essential Functions:Deployment and de-provisioning of computers, accessories, and mobile devicesProvide Bunge staff with IT related support via Email, Chat, and PhoneEnsure all requests for service are handled on a timely basis while maintaining a high level of customer satisfactionParticipate in our Configuration and Asset Management processes to ensure computers are well managed throughout their life-cycleCompetenciesCustomer Service: Must have the desire and motivation to help people in a courteous, efficient, effective manner, even when working in difficult situations against tight deadlines.Communications Skills: Must be able to clearly and effectively communicate technical support information to non-technical staff verbally over the phone, in person, and in written formTeamwork: Will be an important part of the Support team even as you learn and expand your skillsetsAbility to focus on objectives and multitask constantly throughout the work dayMust be able to think independently while consistently following procedures and processesSkill/Experience Requirements:This internship requires no prior experience.Must be highly motivated and eager to learnAbility to follow direction and established processesHave a basic understanding of mainstream Windows operating systems (Windows 7 and 10) and iOS devicesAble to create documentation that can be used by othersMust demonstrate a high level of professionalism when providing support to individuals within the company, up to and including C-level executivesMust be able to perform well under pressure – especially when demands seem unreasonableCapable of self-managing responsibility for assignments with little to moderate supervisionWork ScheduleWork schedule offers some flexibility.
