Every role at Corteva Agriscience includes an opportunity to grow whatmatters.  Role SummaryPlans,designs, and develops best practices for financial management, vendorselection, Governance around IT spend, and internal processes to deliver onoperational excellence efforts for IT. Drives, governs, tracks, and reports on the strategic initiatives of theIT Portfolio. Promotes IT and Business engagement in the development of, andadherence to, the global IT strategy. Owns the effective communication of the IT Portfolio, its valueproposition, and its impact throughout Corteva Key Responsibilities& AccountabilitiesResponsibilitiesSupportbudget and Capital Planning annual activities; interface with Corporate FinanceIT Lead to track, and analyze IT Spend and report on gaps, lag and riskEngagein dynamic investment portfolio management activities on ongoing basis; workwith ITLT to re-prioritize/re-forecast efforts as neededInstituteIT governance for vendor selection by establishing preferred vendor and ratelistProactivelymanage strategic vendor relationships to expedite procurement operations withinITCreatea competency model for key IT VendorsTrackoperational excellence and productivity efforts for ITLeadIT Portfolio Governance Board which reviews and approves new projectsProvidecontent and support for the IT Steering Committee which reviews large scaleprojects with the CIO Document,communicate and implement Cortevas IT Portfolio framework as next step to theIT Operating Model Createa system and process for managing IT Portfolio details and providing visibilityto portfolio status, including, but not limited to:Financials Budget, Actuals, Forecast, and AccrualsCapitalBudget and Operating Budget (in excess of $50M)PortfolioMix & Targets and its alignment to IT strategyStrategicAlignment and Value TrackingProvideguidance and oversight to the IT PMO and other IT governance groups, e.g.,Architecture and Security Review Board(s), to ensure awareness and alignmentwith IT Portfolio goalsSupportIT Business Partners in following investment governance processes AccountabilitiesManageand maintain healthy IT budget Reporton financials and strategic vendor spend patternsLeadproductivity analysisTrackand report results of operational excellence programsTrackproject expenditures and forecasts against approved investment budgetsIdentifyfinancial issues and escalate as appropriateQualificationsKeyCompetencies Required     Technical CompetenciesUnderstandrelevant GAAP accounting principlesStrongknowledge of MS Excel and PowerPoint Familiaritywith IT portfolio management activities Knowledgeof IT strategies, Project Lifecycle, SDLC, and Agile framework Strongknowledge of MS Project and/or VisioLeadershipCompetencies Self-starter;willing to work through ambiguous situations and take the lead wherever needed Engageeffectively across business and IT stakeholders Strongorganizational skills VeryStrong verbal and written communication skills Workwith cross-functional diverse global teams Desireto learn and share knowledge and experiences; team oriented Ableto be an active participant in all hands-on-deck initiatives Experience& Education Required:10+ years of experience in Portfolio/Project/FinancialManagementBachelors degree required*LI-MA1
