IT System Access Coordinator

Helena Agri-Enterprises, LLC, a national agricultural-chemical company, has an immediate opening for an IT Systen Access Coordinator?at our Corporate office. This position?provides the coordination of system access fulfillment for all IT systems. Also provides support to the procurement and IT invoice processing.?ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following:Maintains user access forms or automated requests, verifies proper authorization, and identifies any potential segregation of duties issues based on Helena?s access policies and audits.Enters, prioritizes and administers access request tickets for all system access requests.Routes access request tickets to the appropriate resource responsible for granting access.Answers telephone calls from various users and routes the calls as necessary.Prepares reports for management on status of help desk tickets.Performs follow up with all resources to ensure access is granted within a defined service level agreement.Contacts requestor/user once all system access has been granted and provides system credentials to the user and assists the user in signing into the system.Closes access request ticket activity log once issues are resolved.Maintains access request ticket activity log, ensuring all issues and resolutions are documented.Responsible for monthly system access review and reporting findings to management.Assists IT management in collecting and maintaining information required for Information Technology audits.Serves as the department backup for mobile procurement and IT invoice processing.Coordinates sites for survey information when required.Other work-related duties as assigned by supervisor/manager.Reliable and regular attendance is expected.?QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:? High school diploma or equivalent and one year business related work experience and one year related experience working in an IT Helpdesk environment or customer service role. Experience with SharePoint or HelpDesk ticketing systems a plus.?OTHER SKILLS and ABILITIES:Solid working knowledge of Windows 2007 or 2010 Office 2013, and MS Outlook.Excellent customer service skills.Solid working knowledge of Excel.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Good problem solving skills.Ability to work independently and as a team member.Ability to set priorities and work on multiple tasks.??PHYSICAL DEMANDS:?
