Tucson, AZ  Where the Chemistry Happens We are seeking a professional like you to provide sales support through routine testing, analysis, and general technical service.  This is an excellent opportunity for you to learn all standard hydrometallurgical and solid liquid separation techniques and procedures and take responsibility for ensuring that ISO requirements are met for each instrument and procedure.Formula for SuccessLeveraging your education in Chemistry/Metallurgy/Mining Engineering or other related discipline, you will carry out lab administration duties such as: tracking hydrometallurgical and solid liquid separation analyses, performing testing for customer related projects, preparing samples per customer requests, preparing laboratory QC solutions, diluents, and standards, and ensuring that samples meet specifications.  Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining/repairing lab equipment and logging and reporting results of all testing.Demonstrating your knowledge of standard laboratory techniques, you will perform analysis on plant profile samples and log and report results to the Technical Sales group.  Additionally, you will be responsible for performing unique plant specific analyses.Your proficient computer skills, specifically MS Excel and SAP, will be useful as you update the database, track samples and results, and write/revise standard operating procedures (SOPs) in support of the Comprehensive Technical Service Program.Your effective verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills will be essential as you work directly with the Sales team and perform any analyses requested.Your commitment to customer service will be evident as you fulfill sample requests from customers.  Requests range from unique blends to neat reagent.Providing regulatory support, you will act as the functional lead on regulatory related activities for the site, under the management of the laboratory management.As a self-directed and motived employee, you will operate as a competent RCRA hazardous waste employee. Create Your Own Chemistry: What We Offer You Adding value to our customers begins with adding value to you.
