Lead SAP Process Analyst

We are looking for a Lead SAP Process Analyst to join our Energy and Foods IT team. This role will partner with the Energy related business units to ensure SAP readiness, and optimization to implementation. The SAP lead Business Analyst is an IT professional experienced with delivering end-to-end business solutions through systems. Help drive organizational change enabled by consistent enterprise and division wide end-to-end processes, data models and system architectures to enable our business leaders with the digital capabilities and standardized processes they need to win in their markets.You will:Analyze business processes and business user needs, document business processes and specifications, and translate business objectives into proper system requirement specifications.Identify problems and opportunities for improvement in our business operations, and design and implement SAP business solutions to facilitate the day-to-day operations.Take accountability for our Line of Business application roadmaps and identify our future state application landscape in an SAP first environment.Lead the Energy IT team to a successful SAP implementation by identifying and executing SAP readiness activities in close collaboration with IT, the Business and the CHS United (SAP) program.Work closely with key business stakeholders to provide education, lead readiness and transition activities.Assist in determining which business requirements can and should be automated and how these automated functions are integrated into the rest of the business and technical processes and applications.Guide business customers through business case development for point solutions.Identify, facilitate and execute SAP business readiness activities including but not limited to: (Master) Data Cleansing, Document Business processes and customer facing forms, identify systems of differentiation that may need point solutions or future customizations (PRICEFW)Initiate Organizational Change Management in helping our business understand and adopt to industry best practices, analysis versus transactional activities, new roles and activities like data owners and stewards, super users, Segregation of duties, etc.Work closely with our SAP Program team to ensure alignment between the Business and IT.Assist with AS-IS and TO-BE documentation. Business process Mapping and Gap analysis.Build test plans, test cases, perform functional testing and assure proper user acceptance testing of completed projects.Develop appropriate documentation as needed based on CHS IT Methodologies.Improving/Enhancing the business with Domain specific knowledge (SAP or Business domains).Assess business process environments against newly created business reference models.Track problems, gaps, opportunities, enhancement requests.Recommend changes and modify procedures to solve complex problems.Work with strategic IT partners and vendors to coordinate project and development tasks, and resolve issues as they arise.Act as a team leader for projects and enhancements with moderate budgets or of a short to intermediate duration.Maintain an understanding of the client?s business practices, industry issues and solutions, trends and present technical solutions that enhance the value of our customers? products and services.Provide new user training on supported Line of Business applications as requested.Maintain and promote a strong safety culture and follow all safety policies, procedures and regulations. Identify and communicate workplace hazards and correct or seek assistance in correcting unsafe actions or conditions.Ability to design business processes and systems with business Analysis and Intelligence in mind.Basic Qualifications: (required)Bachelor?s degree (additional years of experience may offset degree requirement)10 plus years of business systems analysis and business process experience to include:Business process definition, requirements definition, and development and support of integrated business applications that drive consistencies across business units where applicableImplementation experience of SAP modules e.g. sales and distribution, supply chain management, Enterprise Resource Planning, manufacturing, and/or materials management.Excellent knowledge of business principlesProgramming and problem solving skillsIntegration of SAP with point solutionsProject management experienceSystem development methodologies and process mappingPreferred Qualifications: (desired)Bachelor?s degree in Management Information Systems, Business, or related fieldIndustry solutions knowledgePMP/PMI/Agile certificationBusiness Analyst Certification (CBAP)Experience with case tools: MS SQL server, Visual Basic, MS Project, SharePoint, and VisioSAP readiness, design and implementation experienceApply for this job.
