Management, Planning and Scheduling of Maintenance and Facilities work??? Prioritization of work with customers, planning of resources (Labor and Materials)??? Scheduling of work??? Supervision of execution??? Timely close out of activities in the Computerized Maintenance Management System.??? The role will also focus on Continuous improvement with respect to:??? Cost Savings and Reduction opportunities??? Overall equipment capability, efficiency and productivity opportunities??? The on-going management of the Maintenance Program and its opportunities??? Maintenance and Facilities Safety & Environmental issues??? Overall Maintenance Performance and effectiveness??? Operations Business Support??? Personnel development and support??? ???? Key Objectives/Deliverables??? Safety ? lead and role model safety performance and behavior??? Ensure all safety procedures are followed??? Ensure safety qualification and training is adhered to??? Coach and develop team on safe behavior and performance??? Ensure proper priority and follow up is in place for safety issues??? Quality ? lead team performance with respect to quality and compliance requirements??? Ensure all SOP?s are utilized and followed when necessary??? Ensure Quality qualification and training is adhered to??? Coach and develop the team on ?Quality Always? Culture??? Performance ? Lead team performance on Work Order and PM completion??? Coordinate the prioritization and completion of all Work orders??? Coordinate the scheduling and completion of all PM?s??? Manage the effective utilization of resources for Maintenance??? Support??? Planning & Scheduling Compliance??? Support site Projects and Initiatives??? Development??? Performance Management of Maintenance team??? Training courses, curricula and mapping for Maintenance roles & compliance of completion??? Recruiting and Staffing?Basic Qualifications ?? ?High School Diploma/GEDCompletion of Post Offer Exam, Completion of Work Simulation or Completion of Administrative Skills Testing if applicable.Qualified candidates must be legally authorized to be employed in the United States.
