?What is the LEAD Program about?We aim to develop top diverse talent towards future roles as Supply Chain and Operations Leaders at Cargill.? The program offers a broad range of assignments and/or experiences across Supply Chain, Operations and Project Management domain.
?During a 24-month Accelerated Development Program you will learn on the job from top global experts in our Food Ingredients and Bio-Industrial Enterprise (FIBI), be part of structured learning (digital and instructor led)? to acquire business acumen & leadership skills and contribute to innovation projects to advance Cargill?s strategic capabilities.
?You will have the opportunity to define the next steps of your career by engaging in one-to-one mentoring with our leaders. We will accelerate your learning journey and prepare you to join the Cargill global talent pool for a Supply Chain and Operations Leadership career path.

What you will bring to Cargill (REQUIRED)Bachelor?s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Food Safety, Environmental, Quality & Regulatory, Environmental, Health & Safety, Strategic Sourcing and/or Procurement, and/or Transportation & Logistics or related field;
A creative and innovative approach to technology to make information easier to access, solve problems, and improve communications in a digital space;
Minimum of 5 years? experience (excluding internships and apprenticeships);
Ability to navigate a manufacturing plant environment;
Fluency in English.What you will bring to Cargill (PREFERRED)Master?s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Food Safety, Environmental, Quality & Regulatory, Environmental, Health & Safety, Strategic Sourcing and/or Procurement, and/or Transportation & Logistics or equivalent working experience or related field;
Experience working in an international matrix organization;
Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills;
Ability to influence and negotiate while maintaining a strong focus on customer service;
Experience in using business applications in your own field of expertise;
Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities in a lean environment;
Flexibility to travel and open to relocation;
Genuine interest to discover other countries and cultures;
