CLOUs (Colleague Letter Of Understanding, a proprietary tool supporting our organizational philosophy, Self-Management).Provide ongoing training and orientations.?Develop training content, including developing course outlines, working collaboratively with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and external consultants, and preparing lesson plans, visual aids, and handouts.Apply principles of adult learning to professional development.Conduct training sessions using group discussion and facilitation, behavior modeling, and lecture methods.Counsel colleagues on personal and professional development.Act as coach for key Colleagues in helping them fulfill the role of cultural leadersPartner with Colleagues to create work environment reflective of our principles and values?Mediate as needed to improve collaboration and company culture.Facilitate performance management (mini-360s, feedback sessions, etc.).Facilitate cross-functional meetings to improve collaboration and coordination amongst colleagues.QualificationsBachelor?s degree in a mission-related discipline.At least 2 years of experience and demonstrated ability in teaching, coaching, training, and/or development.Demonstrated ability to work with Colleagues and clients to drive change and influence the adoption of new ideas.A passion for people combined with a high degree of self-awareness and emotional intelligence.Demonstrated skill in developing, leading and supporting effective organizational change initiatives.Understands and uses relationships to drive effective collaboration with peers and stakeholdersActively participate in advancing the culture of Morning Star through creating systems and structure that support adoption of the culture.Knowledge of leadership developmentAdvanced interpersonal and communication skills in order to collaborate with all levels of the organization and operate across diverse groups.Ability to inspire action among a diverse population with multiple perspectives without direct authority; handle resistance and conflict constructively.Experience with organizational change effortsA drive to see people grow and excel, and to provide them tools to do so.Persistent but patient in getting results.Demonstrated ability to coach, give and receive feedback to and from all levels or the organization in a manner consistent with our Mission and Values.?A drive to see people grow and excel, and to provide them tools to do so.Excellent public speaking and presentation skills.Excellent writing and verbal skills.Independent, confident individual who respects others.?Honest, forthright, and trustworthy ? not political.Certification in MBTI, Crucial Conversations, and/or Situational Leadership and familiarity with DiSC are a plus.Apply for this job.
