We work in a collaborative an inspiring culture where personal contribution is rewarded and growth and development are at the heart of our culture.Through our world-class science, global reach and commitment to working with our customers, we help to increase crop productivity, protect the environment and improve health and quality of life. There’s never been a more important time to join Syngenta.  For more information about us please visit Role PurposeThe Life Cycle management Lead will be responsible for third party in/out licensing which align  in post patent strategies, tactics and actions also ensuring effective communication of critical needs and timing across product, customer and global teams. Primary business objectives include:Manage select 3rd party accounts leading business development; including accurate forecasting of sales through participation in an SOP processManage/Lead Atrazine business delivery including 5 year business planning, pricing guidance, IS customers, and volume/business delivery.Assist best practice in PLCM strategies and plans designed to maximize the life cycle value with Product Marketing Leads and the Product Leadership Teams (PLT).Drive the development of multi-channel/brand approach for products 5 years prior to the first AI generic entry.AccountabilitiesLead negotiation and manage process from term sheets to contract with key accounts followed by forecasting and contract compliance.Lead Atrazine business delivery.Participate in Post Patent Workshops and monitor implementation of actions.Participate in LCM working group.Contribute to Post Patent related channel program development and implementation.  Qualifications Knowledge, Experience & Capabilities Critical Knowledge4-year degree in Agriculture/ Marketing / Finance plus 5 years experience.Strong understanding of product development and regulatory processes.Excellent market knowledge.Strong customer focus orientation.Excellent communications (i.e., PowerPoint, oral and written), interpersonal, negotiating, analytical, problem solving/decision making, teamwork and planning/organizing skills.Understanding and utilization of Marketing & Sales Excellence (MaSE) methodology.Understanding of Marketing Program design and redemption.Critical Experience5 + years of experience in the North American ag-industry.Business case and strategy analysis, project management/evaluation and business negotiation skills are critical. Knowledge of the competitive environment, product offerings and strategies, as well as Syngenta product portfolio and strategies. Understanding of financial, regulatory and legal procedures, as well as internal marketing, sales, development, regulatory functions, internal planning, strategy and approval processes. Existing network within Syngenta and within the industry is a plus.Critical Technical, Professional and Personal CapabilitiesCore Competencies Required:Customer FocusPresentation SkillsAction OrientedTeamworkPlanning & OrganizationCritical Success Factors & Key ChallengesAbility to work at senior levels within SYT and key accountsAbility to work in a highly matrixed organizational structureAbility to influence critical stakeholders and lead changeAdditional Information10-15% Travel InnovationsEmployee may, as part of his/her role and maybe through multifunctional teams, participate in the creation and design of innovative solutions.
