Location Manager

?CHS Aligned Solutions is working with a progressive agricultural based cooperative in Northeastern Wyoming to find a Location Manager to join their dynamic team.?The successful applicant will lead the C-Store, farm/ranch, hardware, bulk fuel and propane aspects of the location.? Work tasks include employee management, store operations, budget administration and management of equipment and physical facilities.? The applicant must be detail oriented, possess excellent people skills, have advanced verbal and written communications skills, be self-motivated and have the capacity to make timely decisions.?Overview of Responsibilities:Supervision of store staff, including resource planning, recruiting, hiring, orientation, training, scheduling, workload assignments, and performance reviews of full time, part-time and?????? seasonal employees.Establish store goals with assistance from the retail development manager.Promote and provide the services necessary to meet the store?s goals.Work with sales, marketing and supply to increase market share with new and existing customers.Assist with the development of annual sales and promotional programs.Control and maintain inventory with accuracy.Coordinate with carriers on the receipt and delivery of product.Provide engaging and attentive customer service to provide a superior shopping experience.Monitor and control expenses.Recommend capital improvements to keep physical operations updated and monitor capital expenditures for adherence to approved capital spending limits.Maintain accurately and provide timely, all operational reports as required by management.Implement, monitor and maintain environmental and health safety programs to meet company standards and governmental regulations for the protection of customers, employees, and the environment.Communicate store goals and results with employees, actively encourage employee development and promote the cooperative culture internally and externally.?Basic Qualifications:Farm/Ranch experience and a rural background desired.Degree in agriculture or experience in a farm store environment.Supervisory experience.Excellent organizational and communication skills, an ability to multi-task, and the ability to work well in a team environment.Experience with budgets, sales reports, and profit and loss statements.Intermediate technological skills related to communications, inventory and accounting systems, with a willingness to learn new applications.Experience with OSHA and government regulations.?The position will include a competitive salary and an excellent benefit package that includes health insurance, paid time off, a generous 401(k) plan, and employee discounts on personal purchases of general merchandise.?Additional Details:This organization is an equal opportunity employer.?
