This is a great senior level position with a very aggressive company within the region.?WHAT THE COMPANY OFFERS YOU:?$75,000 – $100,000 + (DOE).Excellent benefits package: health, dental, 401k, FULL PENSION PLAN and more!With such a low turnover rate you will be part of a motivated staff that enjoys their job every day.?THE ROLE YOU WILL PLAY:On a day-to-day basis you will oversee the location and assist with customers to provide the services of the company.Assist in training and hiring new personnel for the location.Oversee and organize the schedules of Custom Applicators.Coordinate and review all the operations of the facility according to the company s policies and procedures, while developing programs to increase the profitability of the business.Assist in managing the inventory of the location.Manage documentation of the facility.Ensure employees are working in a safe and clean environment.You will oversee a small staff, making this an environment where you can get to know the entire staff.?COMMUNITY:Le Mars, IA also known as the Ice Cream Capital of the World, always has something going on; regardless, of what your interest are there is something for you.?
