Come grow with us!General Purpose and Scope of Position:The role of the Location Manager is to oversee the agribusiness operations at the branch locations, including management of personnel, operational oversight, and financial results. The Location Manager will coordinate all support resources for the branch to ensure compliance with Wilbur-Ellis safety, regulatory, credit and other policies and will be key in developing and implementing programs to establish Wilbur-Ellis as a leading provider of agronomic products.Key Skills and Attributes include:Minimum of five years? experience in the agriculture business with demonstrated track record in retail branch managementBachelor?s degree or higher in Agriculture or Business- related field is preferredAbility to work independently with minimum supervisionProficient in all Microsoft office applicationsKey Personal Attributes include:Good interpersonal and team building skills with a positive attitude and ability to establish relationships with branch personnel, peers and customersDetail and accuracy orientation with an ability to handle multiple projects simultaneouslyDemonstrate excellent written and oral communication skills to small and large groups with an ability to lead and influenceSpecific Responsibilities and Key Deliverables include:Responsible for managing agribusiness operations, including but not limited to management of personnel, operational oversight and financial resultsSupervise, coach and train workforceStrategically plan and manage logistics, warehouse, transportation and customer servicesDirect, optimize and coordinate full order cycleCoordinate all support resources for the branch to ensure compliance with Wilbur-Ellis safety, regulatory, credit and other policiesKeep track of quantity, stock levels, delivery times, transport costs and efficiencyDevelop and implement programs to establish Wilbur-Ellis as a leading provider of agronomic productsCommunicate with area management on initiatives, objectives, strategies, and action plansResponsible for budgeting, forecasting, analysis and communication of the financial performance objectives for the branchResponsible for following credit policies and managing risk for the companyCompensation and Benefits:Annual Salary (to be determined based on experience and other factors)Opportunity to earn a performance based bonusAll applicable company benefits including a company vehicleIf you are currently a Wilbur-Ellis employee, please notify your Manager prior to applying for this position.
