JOB ID1320Landus Cooperative is currently seeking a individual to manage a hub Landus Cooperative facility which provides services to other Landus Cooperative location?s operations to maximize the potential of the location?s personnel, assets, and inventory in a manner that balances the demands of customer service profitably.ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES include the following.?Other duties may be assigned.Coordinate and provide services to other locations within Landus Cooperative such as fertilizer, NH3, spreading, etc.Manage logistics? and personnel with? the loading and unloading of shuttle train operationsCommunicate with other locations to service their customers in a timely manner.Hire, motivate, train & lead employees to meet job responsibilities.Manage location counter and operations personnel and all duties associated.Cross train employees in all departments.Communicate goals and objectives with all location employees.Establish Location goals & objectives.Develop and monitor location budget.Manage location P&L numbers to location budget.Assist in short and long-range planning for the location.Monitor outside contractors and safety procedures.Manage grain, agronomy, and feed inventory quality and quantity.Maintain facility appearance and operational condition.Assure maintenance of equipment, building, and grounds.Continually assess the marketplace working with the Field Sales Agronomists and the Grain marketing Advisors to identify????????????????????????? ?opportunities within area to grow Landus Cooperative market share.Assure safety compliance.Assure food safety compliance.Operate the location within the guidelines of the Quality System and industry Good Management Practices.Monitor monthly safety meetings and have knowledge in documenting accidents.Know & follow all Landus Cooperative?s policies and procedures regarding human resources, grain, agronomy and feed.EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:?Bachelor's degree (B.
