LOP Mill Sweeper ? Cheney, WAThis is a full-time, hourly position consisting of rotating shifts, alternating between 1st, 2nd and 3rd shifts every four weeks.ResponsibilitiesPotential assignments may include, but are not limited to: Continuous checking of the mill equipmentPerforming break release extractions to test quality specificationsSanitation and cleaning of mill equipmentDocumenting the flour made, ingredient flow rates, and bin usageMaintaining ingredient flow ratesObtaining flour samplesTransferring the wheat from the elevator to the millCleaning and tempering of the wheatChecking on the equipment and magnetsSampling and recording moisture of dry and tempered wheat
