Ingredients for Success: What We Look For In You? ? Conduct field data collection on operating machines according to the Predictive Maintenance Schedule or Special Request? Implement Lubrication Best Practices including Standardization of Oils and Field identification system? Development and Execution of Lubrication Rounds for Non-Oil Mist Equipment ? Perform oil storage area audits ? Manage grease analysis equipment and reporting Basic qualifications: ? HS Diploma (or equivalent) and GED? 5 years? experience in Plant maintenance of rotating equipment (this could include the following: Pumps; Gearboxes, Lubrication etc.)? Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)? Strong problem solving/troubleshooting skills. ? Knowledge of safety practices, safe work methods and safety regulations. ? Ability to work in a team environment and establish and maintain effective working relationships with all departments at the facilities.? Ability to drive continuous improvement. Preferred qualifications: ? Associate Degree, Apprenticeship, or equivalent Military Training? NORIA training or certification (or equivalent)? Previous experience in mechanical maintenance? Working knowledge of chemical plant equipment and technologies?
