West Memphis,ARWhere the Chemistry HappensWe are seeking a professional likeyou to maintain alignmentbetween the site TES organization and the business unit as to goals,objectives, strategies and initiatives. In this role, you will obtain, assign and lead resources to performroutine, extraordinary and turnaround maintenance activities. You will be accountable for maintenance decisions in support of plantreliability and availability. Additionally, you will obtain, assign, and lead resources to manage andexecute capital and expense projects.Formulafor Success
education in Chemical, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering and your work
experience in an industrial setting, you will manage PSM and Process
Information systems to ensure corporate and regulatory compliance. Your
demonstrated experience in managing large projects will be a valued asset
as you champion adherence to Technical Community standards related to
capital projects and ensure that projects and maintenance activities are
performed in compliance with corporate and regulatory requirements.
You will also ensure
that projects meet functionality, cost and scheduling expectations and
report and communicate status of projects and any variances from stated
expectations. Your strong
commitment to Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) will be vital as you
seek compliance with all EH&S requirements and provide leadership that
promotes a safe working environment.
We will rely upon
your leadership experience as you implement the High-Performance
Organization within the TES team through training, coaching, evaluating
performance, administering compensation programs, supporting career
development opportunities and succession planning.
strong business acumen, you will formulate and manage the maintenance
budget in consultation with the business and site leadership and ensure
spending controls through appropriate tracking, forecasting and
engaging across the business, you will work with business and site
leadership to formulate and execute the capital strategy.
Additionally, you will forecast overall capital spending as required by
attention to detail will be a valued asset as you review all Project
Objective Memorandums (POM) before final approval and perform technical
reviews on all projects less than $300K.
organizational skills will be essential as you ensure proper documentation
of files, records, databases and drawings to meet regulatory and BASF
requirements, and maintain current requirements as to equipment/material
specifications and vendor preferences. Your commitment to
continuous improvement and efficiency will benefit you as you champion
adherence to Technical Community best maintenance practices as well as to
continuous work process improvements to enhance plant availability and
reduce plant repair factor. You will also track all key maintenance
KPIs in support of maintaining work processes, plant availability and
