Position duties will include:Planner Duties:Developa detailed, accurate job plan for a work order, including job description;sequence of activities; estimates of crafts and hours; identification ofmaterials and parts; safe work planning; digital camera photos annotated toshow the work; sketches; and drawings.Activelyseek craft input and feedback on job plans.Usestandardized procedures, work processes, and guidelines as per the global workprocesses.Performan assessment of the job site conditions as part of the job plan creation.Communicatewith other groups that will provide input for the plan and perform the work.Capturecritical path logic in SAP.Useconstructability concepts, specifications, equipment, and tools for the mosteffective completion of the work.Communicateunique job sequence information to the scheduling group to ensure properhandling in Primavera.Archiveplans for retrieval and reuse.Develop,monitor, and communicate planning performance measurements and results.Communicateand balance workload/capacity with other Corteva planners. Leverageacross the Corteva plants to balance workload.ManagePlanning backlog in SAP.Monitorwork process engagement and effectiveness. Turn Around Coordinator Duties:Implement Turnaround Methodologywith Corteva plant partners in MIOpsDevelop and maintain the turnaroundschedules.Coordinate site integration issues.Forecast turnaround resource loadsand coordinate with contract service to ensure proper staffing levelsLead turnaround teams to developplans and successfully implement them for a series of turnarounds in each ofthe Corteva plants in MI Ops.Control the cost and timing of theturnaround to meet the business and site needs.Define work list by freeze date;enforce administrative controls for add-ons after freeze date. Develop critical path – integrateoperations, projects, and maintenance activities and optimize.Estimate cost of TA based on scopedwork; adjust plans to meet constraints.Identify opportunities for frequencyextension between turnarounds; communicate appropriately.Prepare closure reports andcommunicate.Lead core TA team to ensure workcoordination, planning, scheduling, cost management, material management,operations rep, project rep, and shared services are working together in FrontEnd Loading (FEL), pre-TA activities, TA execution, and Post TA activitiesEnsure plans are updated andarchived for future TAsWork with Reliability Engineer toupdate Facility Reliability and Maintenance StrategyProgress ScheduleManage contractor timeQualificationsTo bequalified for this role, you must possess the following:High School Diploma or equivalent required2+ years of previous planning experience is required.Experience in and knowledge of maintenance methodsand constructability, materials, and technologies.A minimum of 5 years of experience in a maintenanceor construction related field is desired. Organization, interpersonal skills, and strongcommunication skills are requiredMicrosoft Office & strongcomputer skillsSAP knowledge is highly preferred.Apply for this job.
