Maintenance Generalist Class 4 (3rd Shift)
SUMMARY: This position is responsible for troubleshooting, maintaining, and repairing all equipment and company assets while maintaining a safe work environment and adhering to Tyson policies and procedures.REQUIREMENTS: This Maintenance Generalist position could include working in various departments of the bakery. Daily tasks will include but not limited to setting-up, breaking down, and adjusting production line machinery to ensure continuous flow of production. The position's physical requirements will include standing, walking, bending, stretching, climbing, pushing, pulling, stooping and the ability to climb ladders, lifts, and scaffolds. Lifting will also be required and depending on department could be up to 70 lbs. Furthermore the position could be performed in a cold, damp, or hot environment and these areas will have slippery surfaces. Applicants must be able to work overtime and weekends when required.
