CGB Enterprises Inc. is searching for an exceptional candidate to fill our Maintenance Labor opening. Job Summary:
The primary responsibility for this position is to lead the facility's preventative maintenance program under the direction of site management, which focuses on equipment inspections, maintenance and documentation.
Primary Job Duties
Responsible for routine and preventative maintenance tasks and equipment repair according to schedule *
Responsible for completing work orders in a timely and accurate fashion *
Daily communication of facility and equipment related needs to site management *
Helps coordinate and purchase of maintenance materials through the direction of the Superintendent *
Performs maintenance audits *
Assists Superintendent in the planning of facility projects and facility upgrades *
Uses expertise and experience to give advice on possible solutions to problems
Experienced in electrical & mechanical maintenance. *
Working knowledge of motors, gearboxes, bearings, conveyors and drags. *
Strong ability to multi-task and with exceptional attention to detail *
Previous welding and fabrication experience a plus but not preferred. *
Previous experience in working with a team of people in similar role *
Strong computer skills. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office required *
Strong written and verbal communication skills required *
Provides insight on project requirements to management *
Grain Industry or Bulk Handling industry experience a plus
Min/Max Experience Required–Prefer 2+ Years Experiencein similar role in an industrial environment.
Degree Required–BS/BA Preferred. HS Diploma or equivalent required.
Travel Required–Occasional travel for training will be required.
