Louis, MO Working in a fast paced, challenging, and dynamic environment, Production & Technical Services team members work together to ensure that production processes run smoothly in order meet customer demands. The Production team, which includes operators, technicians, supervisors, and specialists with varying backgrounds, ensures that our plants operate in a safe, efficient, and sustainable manner. The maintenance mechanic role is primarily to support the operation of equipment and facility, under the direction of the Maintenance Supervisor. Formula for Success: You Will?Work in safe manner.Resolve safety issues timely.Changeover equipment to support production requirements.Perform Preventative Maintenance on Equipment to ensure high efficiencies.Work with contractors to ensure they are safe while on site.Take part in continuous improvement activities.Perform Root Cause analysis during unplanned equipment downtime.Help build PM's on current and new equipment.Order parts and materials to maintain equipment.Ensure efficient production operation. Understand all equipment in the plant.The ability to lift 50 lbs, as well as the ability to stand/kneel for long periods of time.Knowledge of basic computer programsWork the production line as needed.Other duties as assigned.Create Your Own Chemistry: What We Offer You?
