This role is responsible for developing job plans for identified maintenance activities, ensuring that the necessary components and/or materials are requisitioned, on-site and available to complete job tasks, and works closely with Maintenance, Operations, and contractor groups to ensure work tasks are appropriately coordinated, scheduled, and executed.What you will do: Actively engage in personal and co-worker health and safety ti ensure we all go home safe, every dayDevelop accurate job plans for day-to-day maintenance tasks, ensuring parts availability, scope of work and resource needs are identifiedWork closely with contractors, vendors and internal departments as required to ensure the planning process is accurate and completed in a timely mannerDevelop and execute all planned outages including budget, job plans and schedules, ensure accuracy of those plans, and communicate with others to ensure plans meet expectationsWork with operations and maintenance teams to create and prioritize the weekly Operations & Maintenance work schedule utilizing the PM scheduling workbench in SAP, develop PM scheduling module to its full potential, and conduct a daily production scheduling meeting to communicate activitiesWork closely with Materials Management to ensure all parts and supplies are available to execute planned/schedule work tasks, order necessary parts and components, maintain equipment bill of materials in SAP and information in equipment files, and develop competitive bids for identified contract workWhat you will bring: Previous planning experience5 years of maintenance experience in an Industrial/Manufacturing settingAbility to read blue prints and equipment files for ensuring accuracy when ordering partsAbility to prioritize work and set work goalsPossess strong trouble shooting and analytical abilityAbility to read, understand and apply proceduresPossess strong written and verbal communication skillsAbility to excel in a team environmentProficiency in computer applications including Microsoft Office Suite and SAP Are you a good match?
