We are seeking a professional like you to beresponsible for developing, communicating, and maintaining a workable multi-craft schedule to balance work requirements,production priorities, and maintenance resources within an area for Routine,Turnaround, and Outage work. You will ensure the effective deployment of allcrafts, equipment, and outside resources required to complete a job. Additionally, you will support the safe,quality, and cost-effective execution of maintenance work.Formula for Success Leveraging your education and workexperience in petrochemical maintenance and/or operations, you will facilitateweekly scheduling with Production and Maintenance for resource balancing toensure job schedules meet the timing requirements of production.Your strong organizational skillsand understanding of multiple crafts (e.g., mechanical, I/E, scaffolding,rigging, excavation) will be a valued asset as you develop a detailed weeklyschedule for all maintenance crafts, including central support crafts. You willalso develop 2- to 3-week look-ahead schedules.Demonstrating your working knowledgeof all crafts and a solid understanding of maintenance work processes, you willvalidate area crafts, central support crafts, equipment, and outsideresources/services availability.Your proven interpersonal skills andability to communicate effectively with influence will be essential as you provideinput into staffing changes that may be necessary, based on historical trendsand forecasts, shutdowns, outages, and turnarounds.Successfully engaging across the business,you will interface with Turnaround and Capital Project Teams to ensurecoordination, efficiency, and effectiveness.Using your robust analytical skills,you will collect data for daily and weekly schedule compliance, schedulebreakers, and overtime, and monitor results to make recommendations to for continuousimprovements.Your focus on follow-up will bevital as you validate daily schedule (from weekly schedule) by conductingafternoon check-ins with production and others.
