Your advice, input, and support will be crucial as you provide technical assistance to support all site maintenance activities.Formula for Success Leading teams, you will proactively support maintenance implementation, especially regarding technical equipment, and maintain adherence to site practices and standards.Leveraging your breadth and depth of experience in Maintenance, you will develop and publish maintenance work schedules, and communicate daily with the Operations team to provide job feedback and coordinate schedule breakers and inter-departmental activities.Your strong understanding of equipment and plant manufacturing processes will be valuable as you will ensure execution against the plan, and schedule work orders that are generated from work requests.Leveraging your analytical thinking, interpersonal communication, work management, and entrepreneurial skills, you will support and implement continuous improvement methodologies to maintenance work processes that result in an increase in plant availability while reducing the plant repair factor.Your prior education and work experience in a manufacturing capacity will provide you with the authority to eliminate unnecessary and/or redundant work, as well as managing the backlog of approved work.Create Your Own Chemistry: What We Offer YouAdding value to our customers begins with adding value to you.
