Management Information & Decision Support Senior Analyst – CASCNA
The Management Information & Decision Support (MIDS) Senior Analyst will be part of the MIDS domain. The role will support Cargill Agricultural Supply Chain North America (CASCNA), and will initially focus on the Cargill Global Cotton Business as well as core decision support activities for broader CASCNA related to systems, processes, and technologies. This role will have accountability for bringing historical financial information and insights to support CASCNA, will be a product owner for systems data governance, and will provide necessary analytics and insights to support Cargill Global Cotton. This role will partner closely with the accounting and reporting teams, Decision Support Leads, CASCNA FP&A Team, and the Managing Director for Cotton.Principal Accountabilities:75%: Decision SupportDecision Support for CASCNAProvide support to regional CASCNA and global Cargill Agricultural Supply Chain (CASC) initiatives as necessary.Support Accelerated Continuous Improvement (ACI) / Integrated Business Planning (IBP) processes through waterfall reporting and insights delivery.Set up the framework and align with the finance leads to integrate end to end financial processes for Cotton?s global reporting and analytics needs.Primary partner to Cotton?s Global Managing Director.Create efficiencies and ongoing continuous improvement of Global Cotton reporting and results.Establish the global requirements for Cotton across the Central Finance (CFIN) and SAP deployments.Drives business requirements to Management Information (MI), IT, and other partners as necessary to drive improvements and aid in prioritization and impact of work requests.Identifies and implements opportunities to improve data integrity, standardization, and overall usefulness of financial information.25%: Product Ownership and GovernanceProduct owner for specific CASCNA technologies, including Agrosoft.#LI-KH1Skills:
