Initial Job Responsibilities * Work in conjunction with the Establish Brands Manager to: Develop, implement, and measure multi-channel marketing initiatives which support the immediate and long term growth of Convenia & the Zoetis Anti-Infective Portfolio.Develop sales and operating budgets, manage and function within approved financial parameters to enhance profitability.Lead the demand planning for all products in the AIF PortfolioParticipate in the ongoing planning, market development and demand forecasting for any new assets in the portfolioWork across functions to develop strong generic defense strategies and implement pilots to maintain and defend key emphasis brands. * Actively work with multiple internal stakeholders (Veterinary Operations, Marketing Communications, Market Research, Regulatory, Legal, Finance, Learning & Development, Manufacturing) and external vendors to drive strong market growth. * Provide timely marketing materials and programs to the Sales Force and all channel partners in support of demand creation efforts. * Be highly responsive in managing all communications with customers, Territory Business Managers, Area Business Managers, Corporate Accounts, Customer Interaction Team, and Senior Management. Development and execution of NSMs and POAs. * Rigorously monitor and gather key customer insights, and competitive activities and customer insights to incorporate into effective marketing strategies. * Partner with internal and external stakeholders to identify and evaluate new business opportunities for internal medicine.Desired Qualifications * Five (5) to seven (7) years of progressive healthcare marketing leadership experience with demonstrable success. Animal health, veterinary marketing experience is preferred. * Bachelor”s degree with a concentration in Business or relevant major. MBA is preferred. * Excellent understanding of science-based marketing and the marketing process. * Proven ability to develop and deliver best in class integrated marketing plans and programs to address a dynamic market. * Experience in managing a broad portfolio of products. * Experience in solving complex problems, managing challenging situations (i.e. supply interruptions/backorders). * Strong analytical acumen with the ability to identify opportunities and gaps across the portfolio. * Ability to favorably influence people without direct authority. Strengths in team and relationship building. * Experience creating and managing financial and demand forecasts. * Voracious learning appetite and agility capable of breathing new life and ideas to mature brands. * Strong written and verbal communication, project management, and computer software skills among standard company programs.
